Coach Doug Vaith
Coach Doug Vaith grew up in Blooming Prarie, Minnesota and attended high school in Blooming Prarie. As an athlete he was a three sport letterwinner in football, wrestling, and track and a state participant in wrestling. He went on to attend college at the University of St. Thomas where he also wrestled. Coach Vaith has been the elementary Phy. Ed. teacher in Lake City and head wrestling coach for the past 19 years and was also a football coach for his first 10 years in Lake City. Coach Vaith has a wife, Jody, and four kids, Jacob, Amy, Jennifer, and Haley. This past wresling season Coach Vaith attained his 200th win and is looking for many more to come in the futrure.
