Practice Gear
-15 t-shirts
-5 pairs of wrestling shorts
-wrestling shoes
-running shoes
-lots of socks
-headgear and knee pads (if you did not keep yours and would like one please let me know)
**You have 10 session so bring enough for clean clothes every each workout**
Sleeping Stuff
-Pillow
-Sleeping Bag
-Blankets
-Tent (if you want, there are also building to sleep in)
Personal Products
-Toothbrush
-Toothpast
-Underwear
-Swimsuit
-Towels
-Snacks
-Clothes
